Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by syp77. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or engage in any Real-Money Activity on the syp77 platform. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. syp77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where this requirement cannot be verified.
The syp77 platform is designed and operated primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location. syp77 does not accept registrations from Users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will. syp77 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order from another licensed gaming operator, or who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of syp77 and its affiliated partners, software providers, and payment processors are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any Real-Money Activity on the platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the syp77 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances and pending bonuses.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. syp77 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. syp77 will treat any action taken through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in writing and we have confirmed receipt. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
syp77 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or when account activity triggers our internal compliance thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in our request may result in temporary account restriction or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent closure.
All accounts on the syp77 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR through the supported local payment methods listed in Clause 4. No currency conversion is applied; your balance always reflects IDR values.
syp77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. syp77 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion and will notify Members of material changes via the platform's notification centre.
Deposits are credited to your syp77 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by our payment gateway. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of deposit within the platform. syp77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which syp77 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of under 10 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required, during periods of exceptionally high request volume, or where a Force Majeure event is in effect. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit, unless you have submitted a verified request to update your registered payment details.
Before a withdrawal request will be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
syp77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of this Agreement, or any other unlawful purpose. In such cases, syp77 will retain the amounts concerned pending the outcome of our internal investigation and, where required by law, will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
syp77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term will prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin table games, certain live casino variants, and excluded titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.
syp77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting technical errors or platform glitches, and colluding with other Members to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, syp77 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn in connection with the abuse.
syp77 structures its promotional calendar around Indonesian sporting events and cultural occasions, including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia international matches, AFF Cup campaigns, major European football competitions, and seasonal periods including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. Promotional availability and terms vary by event and are published within the platform in advance. syp77 is under no obligation to offer any particular promotion at any given time.
syp77 accepts wagers across the following product categories: sports betting (including pre-match and in-play markets, Asian handicap lines, and mix parlay — accumulator — betting on football and other sports), live casino table games, slot machine games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (sportsbook-style football wagering), card games including Capsa Susun, and arcade or crash-format games. The availability of specific bet types and markets may vary and is subject to change without notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by syp77. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an unambiguous on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. syp77 reserves the right to void or cancel bets placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, a technical malfunction of the platform, or where the integrity of the underlying event is in question. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.
Some markets offered by syp77 operate on a fixed-odds basis, where the odds at the time of bet placement are guaranteed. Others may operate on a pari-mutuel basis, where final payouts are determined by the total pool divided among winning bets after the platform's margin is deducted. The applicable pricing model is clearly indicated on each market before a bet is placed.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a written dispute to our support team within 7 calendar days of the event settlement date. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. syp77's decision on all sporting event settlement disputes is final and binding, subject to the governing law provisions of Clause 12.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the syp77 platform without our prior written consent.
syp77 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.
syp77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored in access-controlled, geographically redundant server environments. syp77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
syp77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. syp77 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, provided reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance has been communicated where practicable.
Gambling involves risk, and losses are an inherent possible outcome of all wagering activity. syp77 will not compensate you for gambling losses incurred through normal, fair gameplay. By placing any wager, you acknowledge and accept this risk voluntarily.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, syp77's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or related to this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes syp77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. The above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indonesian and international law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting syp77 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.
syp77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, provision of false registration information, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, abuse of the platform's systems or other Members, or if continued operation of the account would expose syp77 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon termination by either party, your licence to use the platform immediately ceases. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination and remain in effect indefinitely.
This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which syp77 holds its international operating licence. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement or mediation.
Notwithstanding the above, syp77 acknowledges that you are accessing the platform from Indonesia and that certain mandatory provisions of Indonesian consumer protection law may apply to your use of this platform. Nothing in this clause is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory Indonesian law.
syp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via the in-platform notification centre and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.
